Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ROSA FMS. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using ROSA FMS you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. About ROSA FMS

ROSA FMS is the financial management and membership system of the Royalhouse Students Association ("ROSA"), a ministry of Royalhouse Chapel International. It lets members give and track their tithes, pledges and contributions, and lets ROSA's campus officers and national leadership manage membership, weekly reports, attendance, expenses and finances. The platform is operated for ROSA by Asterixify Innovations.

3. Your account

  • Give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
  • Your tithe number is issued once you verify your email address.
  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Each person holds one account. Do not create an account for someone else without their knowledge.
  • Tell your campus secretary or the ROSA National Secretariat at once if you suspect someone else has used your account.

4. Giving and payments

  • Online payments are processed by Paystack, a licensed payment provider. Payment details go directly to Paystack; ROSA FMS never sees your card number or mobile money PIN.
  • Money given online is paid into ROSA's official accounts. ROSA FMS records and reconciles it but does not hold funds.
  • A payment is recorded once ROSA FMS has confirmed it with Paystack. You will receive a receipt by email, and by SMS where available.
  • Paystack may charge a processing fee, which is shown to you before you confirm the payment.
  • Cash, cheque and bank payments are recorded by authorised campus officers, and you will be notified when they do so.
  • Tithes and offerings are voluntary gifts and are not normally refundable. If a payment was made in error, contact your campus secretary or the ROSA National Secretariat as soon as possible.

5. Pledges

A pledge records your intention to give towards a project. It is a statement of commitment to ROSA, not a debt, and you can discuss changes to it with your campus leadership at any time.

6. Officers and leadership

  • Officers are given access only to what their role needs, and campus officers only to their own campus.
  • Officers must use that access solely for ROSA's ministry and administration, keep members' information confidential, and record information accurately.
  • Leadership accounts must use two-factor authentication.
  • Actions such as recording payments, approving reports and expenses, and exporting data are logged.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • access, or try to access, accounts, campuses or information you are not authorised to see;
  • impersonate anyone or misrepresent your role or campus;
  • submit false payment, attendance, report or membership information;
  • share event check-in codes with people who are not present;
  • disrupt the platform, including through automated or excessive requests, or use it for anything unlawful.

8. Messages we send

ROSA FMS sends receipts, verification and security messages, reminders, statements and announcements by email and SMS. Receipts and security messages are part of the service. You can ask your campus secretary to stop non-essential messages.

9. Ownership

The ROSA FMS software and design belong to Asterixify Innovations, licensed to ROSA; the ROSA name and branding belong to Royalhouse Students Association and Royalhouse Chapel International. Your records belong to ROSA and are handled as the Privacy Policy describes.

10. Availability

We work to keep ROSA FMS secure and available, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. ROSA FMS is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, ROSA, Royalhouse Chapel International and Asterixify Innovations are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of ROSA FMS. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Suspension and closing an account

ROSA may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms or is no longer needed. You may ask your campus secretary to close your account. Financial records are kept after an account is closed, as the Privacy Policy explains.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as ROSA FMS changes. The effective date above shows the current version, and significant changes will be announced to members.
